REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All services Static Dragon Craft Co provides, whether on https://staticdragoncraft.co/, through email, through social media, in person, etc, are referred to as the “Services” in the rest of this text.
By using https://staticdragoncraft.co/ or making any transactions with Static Dragon Craft Co, you agree to the Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy. You also agree to the Terms of Use (https://staticdragoncraft.co/terms-of-use/) and Privacy Policy (https://staticdragoncraft.co/privacy-policy/).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY, YOU MUST CEASE USE OF https://staticdragoncraft.co/, STATIC DRAGON CRAFT CO SERVICES, AND ALL DEALINGS WITH STATIC DRAGON CRAFT CO.
1. ACCEPTABLE REFUND, RETURN, & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Static Dragon Craft Co is not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery or damaged from abnormal use, direct tampering, lack of care, that get worn-out from normal use, etc. A great number of our items are delicate and fragile art pieces that are meant to be handled with care.
Please note that micro scratches are inevitable and are not a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange. Your request will be denied if that is the only problem. If your item includes resin, yellowing is also inevitable even with perfect care and is also not a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange.
A. The item was damaged in transit
If your shipping package appears damaged (ie. scuffed, torn, crushed, ripped, dirty, etc) when you open the package and your item is or has:
- Warped
- Cracked
- Chipped
- Deeply scratched
- Broken and unable to fulfill its intended use
- Etc.
Please send an email to hello@staticdragoncraft.co within 7 days of your package being marked delivered that includes:
- A subject labeled “Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges” followed by your order number (ex. “Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges: Order# 0001)
- Pictures of the original unopened package
- Pictures showing the damaged item
- A description of the damage
- The name you go by and pronouns
Static Dragon Craft Co will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received a response from us within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending), please feel free to reply to your original email.
Static Dragon Craft Co will file a report with our applicable shipping insurance, and we will reimburse you depending on if the claim is accepted and how much we receive.
Static Dragon Craft Co does not know how much this will be, or how long it will take, as the claims process is out of our hands, however most of our orders are covered by shipping insurance.
B. The item was lost during shipping
If your shipping package fails to arrive, please send an email to hello@staticdragoncraft.co that includes:
- A subject labeled “Possible Lost Package” followed by your order number (ex. “Possible Lost Package: Order# 0001)
- The name you go by and pronouns
Static Dragon Craft Co will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received a response from us within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending), please feel free to reply to your original email.
Static Dragon Craft Co will send out a missing mail search request with the post office. The majority of the time, this will get the package unstuck from wherever it is.
If the post office fails to find your package, Static Dragon Craft Co will file a report with our applicable shipping insurance, and we will reimburse you depending on if the claim is accepted and how much we receive.
Static Dragon Craft Co does not know how much this will be, or how long it will take, as the claims process is out of our hands, however most of our orders are covered by shipping insurance.
C. The item is defective & was not labeled as such on the product page
If your shipping package appears undamaged (ie. not scuffed, torn, crushed, ripped, dirty, etc) when you open the package, but your item is or has:
- Warped
- Cracked
- Lacking an included feature
- Contaminated with an unintended filler (ie. hair, dust, lint, excessive bubbles, off-theme glitter/dye/fillers)
- Chipped
- Deeply scratched
- Excessive overfill of Glue or Resin
- Uncured (ie. sticky or soft resin)
- Broken and unable to fulfill its intended use
- Etc.
then, please send an email to hello@staticdragoncraft.co within 7 days of your package being marked delivered that includes:
- A subject labeled “Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges” followed by your order number (ex. “Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges: Order# 0001)
- Pictures of the original unopened package
- Pictures showing the defective item
- A description of the defect
- Whether you would like a full refund, a partial refund, or an exchange
- The name you go by and pronouns
Static Dragon Craft Co will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received a response from us within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending), please feel free to reply to your original email.
2. REFUND TYPES
A. Full Refund
A shipping label will be emailed to you so that the defective item can be returned.
You are responsible for packing and shipping the item within 7 days (excl. Sundays, as the post office is closed) of receiving the shipping label. If you fail to send us the item within the allotted time, the shipping label will be refunded and your full refund will be forfeit.
Do not use the drop box so that you can get a receipt from the post office as proof that you have shipped the package. Please email us the receipt as a reply to the original email chain once it is attained.
Once Static Dragon Craft Co receives the item, we will refund you in full for the cost of the item, taxes, and shipping fees associated with the defective item, if it was the only one in the order. If your order included multiple items, your shipping may or may not be refunded, depending on the returned item’s weight percentage. This is because shipping has different weight brackets, and so your order may have still cost the same to ship even with the returned item removed.
Your refund will be initiated within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending), however Static Dragon Craft Co is not in control of how long it actually takes for your refund to appear, as processing your refund is out of our hands. If your refund takes longer than 20 days to appear in your account, we suggest you contact your applicable banking, credit, or electronic payment provider.
If you failed to send the package within the allotted time, you may still be eligible for a partial refund.
B. Partial Refund
Static Dragon Craft Co will assess how damaged the item is and provide a refund based upon this.
You do not have to return the item and may do with it how you please.
This is how Static Dragon Craft Co assess the amount of damage, and therefore the refund:
1. Very fine scratches that you can only see in certain light or when meticulously assessing the item on any amount of the item:
0% refund. This is an unavoidable event that is just the reality of the world not being a 100% sterile and dust free environment. Micro scratches are not a valid reason for refund.
2. Resin yellowing:
0% refund. This is an unavoidable event that is just the reality of the resin medium. Resin yellowing is not a valid reason for refund.
3. Scratches, Scrapes, Chips, Paint Marks, Lint, Hair, Dust, Etc. that affect the aesthetics of the item but not its use:
About Equal To % of area affected by the aesthetic damage. This is assessed by taking pictures of the top, bottom, and all four sides of the item and assessing where the imperfection is visible from. If the imperfection is on less than 5% of the item, Static Dragon Craft Co will give you a 5% refund.
4. The item is broken so that it does not function as intended:
25% refund along with whatever % would be taken off because of the aesthetic of the item.
Your refund will be initiated within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending) after the assessment is completed, however Static Dragon Craft Co is not in control of how long it actually takes for your refund to appear, as processing your refund is out of our hands. If your refund takes longer than 20 days to appear in your account, we suggest you contact your applicable banking, credit, or electronic payment provider.
3. EXCHANGE
A shipping label will be emailed to you so that the defective item can be returned.
You are responsible for packing and shipping the item within 7 days (excl. Sundays, as the post office is closed) of receiving the shipping label. If you fail to send us the item within the allotted time, the shipping label will be refunded and your exchange will be forfeit.

Once Static Dragon Craft Co receives the item, we will send out your exchange with our next post office run. We will provide you a new tracking number for your replacement item within the original email chain.
If you failed to send the package within the allotted time, you may still be eligible for a partial refund.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled if they are not yet packaged by the time of the cancellation request. There will be a 5% restocking fee per canceled item (minimum $1USD per order).

- A subject labeled “Cancellations” followed by your order number (ex. “Cancellations: Order# 0001)
- What items you would like to cancel
- The name you go by and pronouns

If your order is eligible for cancellation, then Static Dragon Craft Co will cancel your item(s) and issue you a refund.
Your refund will be initiated within 3 full days (excl. days when we are vending), however Static Dragon Craft Co is not in control of how long it actually takes for your refund to appear, as processing your refund is out of our hands. If your refund takes longer than 20 days to appear in your account, we suggest you contact your applicable banking, credit, or electronic payment provider.
If your order has already been packaged, you are not eligible for a cancellation and you will not be refunded.
5. OUR RIGHTS
Static Dragon Craft Co reserves the right to add to or modify in part or in whole the Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations Policy, and any Additional Terms, Policies, Conditions, ect. set by us in, at any time, without prior notice. You agree that Static Dragon Craft Co may notify you of these updated terms by posting them on https://staticdragoncraft.co/ and making a post about it on our blog, and that we may send you an email with a link to the updated terms, but are not obligated to. The updated terms may be viewed using the appropriate links on the bottom of the front page of https://staticdragoncraft.co/. You agree that your continued use of https://staticdragoncraft.co/ after posting the updated terms, or engaging in other conduct and activities that are reasonably specifiable, constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. Static Dragon Craft Co will date at the top of any Terms, Policies, Conditions, ect. the last time they were updated. You should review all Terms, Policies, Conditions, ect. for Static Dragon Craft Co and https://staticdragoncraft.co/ before using https://staticdragoncraft.co/. The updated terms are effective at the time of posting, and apply to your use of https://staticdragoncraft.co/ moving forward.
Static Dragon Craft Co retains the right to deny any and all requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations if we think the initiator is acting in bad faith or attempting to abuse the service.
Static Dragon Craft Co retains the right to initiate a cancellation if we are unable to fill the order for any reason, or if the customer is acting in an abusive manner toward the business as a whole or any of our employees, associates, 3rd party contractors, etc.
