Please go to the email you used to place your order and reply to your confirmation email describing your concern in detail, and be sure to include any and all information that you think would be pertinent to the situation. Please also include the name and pronouns you go by.

If you cannot find or did not receive a confirmation email for whatever reason, please send an email from the email you used to place the order to orders@staticdragoncraft.co. Include the order number, if you know it, in the subject of the email, along with a very short description of your concern. Follow the same directions for the body of your email as listed above.

For Purchases Made At A Popup Event:

If you have an account with us, please use that email to contact us. If you don’t have an account, but have contacted us before, please use that email. Otherwise, contact us from whichever of your email accounts you would like to use. Please email us at orders@staticdragoncraft.co. In the subject of the email, please include at what popup event the purchase took place at and a very short description of your concern. In the body of your email, please describe your concern in detail, and be sure to include any and all information that you think would be pertinent to the situation. Please also include the name and pronouns you go by.

If you are a business, organization, or individual who would like to commission us, collaborate with us on a project, inform us of an event you are putting on that you think we would be interested in, or just have some questions, please email business@staticdragoncraft.co.
